After spending one month together in our weekly online group coaching + learning sessions, we will come together to experience a transformative relaxing and healing in-person retreat in lovely Lombok, Indonesia. Retreats are an opportunity to build life-long friendships and completely unplug from our busy lives, diving deep into our relaxation and group healing. It's often the case that people will attend retreats and love them, but can't sustain or integrate the results back in their day-to-day lives after returning home. As we will have two months together post-retreat, we will be able to support each other to maintain that retreat magic, also using the opportunity to further strengthen bonds with your new friends from the program.

From June 22-28, 2025, we will relax, heal, and enjoy ourselves at the Tugu Hotel, a five-star luxury boutique hotel on the secluded Sire beach in northern Lombok, Indonesia.

Site of your 7-day/6-night all-inclusive retreat, the Tugu Hotel combines pristine nature and beautiful gardens, gourmet food, ancient antiques highlighting fascinating Indonesian history, and stellar customer service to create an unforgettable experience. 

Retreat participants will hold exclusive access to a special pagoda for healing workshops, yoga classes, and gatherings, as well as a special access to a spacious dining hall.

Option 1: Ampenan Bungalows (standard tier)

Ampenan Bungalows celebrate the Peranakan culture (the acculturation between the Chinese settlers and the local natives) of the island of Lombok, Indonesia in the late 19th century.

The Chinese settlers used to be centered in the region of Pabean, Karang Ujung, and the street of Ancar in Ampenan, the old capital of Lombok, and the area was colorful with a very unique, indigenous style that played an important role in the history of Lombok.

These rooms are equipped with a cozy living area, work space, intimate terrace, oversized plush beds with 400 thread-count bed linens, copper bath tubs and rain showers, and luxurious bath amenities. The rooms are 60 square meters/646 square feet.

Option 2: Svarga Villas (luxe tier - only 3 available!)

Svarga Villas are beautiful suites each in individual buildings facing an open-air, outdoor hall showcasing beautiful giant Rama Sinta statues (the retreat's exclusive dining hall), and surrounded by lush tropical trees. Each villa has its own private tropical garden, terrace, heavenly beds with high thread-count linens, indoor/outdoor private dining and lazing areas, semi-outdoor baths with gardens, spacious copper tubs, and oversized rain showers. The villa size is 80 square meters/861 square feet on a 140 square meter/1,506 square foot-plot of land.

Meet Your Host, Emilie

Expert humanitarian and development consultant | Holistic Coach

Emilie is an international development consultant and humanitarian aid worker with nearly 15 years' experience in a range of roles that have taken her to multiple fragile contexts such as Afghanistan and Eastern DRC. 

Emilie has always had a strong drive to help others and perform at maximum capacity. However, her past striving to excel in her career was even to the detriment of her health and wellbeing. Emilie's workaholic tendencies, when fused with the tragic loss of several family members and chronic back pain, led to a rock-bottom moment and then a wakeup call. Embracing - and then become certified in - a diverse range of healing modalities including neuroscience- and trauma-informed life coaching, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and yoga, has resulted in the best of both worlds: she has a career that she loves and knows how to safely feel her feelings, step out of negative thought patterns, and connect to what her body truly needs. Now, she offers this proven healing framework to you to help reduce your stress and anxiety, overwhelm, and feelings of isolation, grief, and sadness.

Emilie is currently based on the tiny island of Gili Air, Indonesia with her husband and four cats.
