Different paths.
Same intention.

Ways to
Work Together

There isn't one right way to do this work. Where you begin depends on your life right now: how much time you have, how much support you're looking for, and what feels possible today. What matters most is finding the shape that actually fits you, not fitting yourself into a shape that was built for somebody else.

Some people want quiet, one on one space, built entirely around them. Others want a program to move through gradually, held by a group. Some need a full stop: a retreat, days away from ordinary life, to properly land in their bodies. And some are just beginning, curious, wanting to dip a toe in before going further.

Below are the different ways we can work together. Read through them slowly, and trust what you're drawn to.

You don't need the biggest commitment. You need the right one.

Find the shape
that fits where you are.

Each of these is a different way into the same work: coming home to yourself, without losing your capacity to care for everyone else. Choose the one that matches your life right now. You can always move between them later.

01

1:1 Somatic Coaching & Mentoring

This is personal work, shaped entirely around you: your goals, your history, what's actually in your way right now. We meet regularly, at a pace that respects your nervous system, and build a container that isn't built for anyone but you.

For deep, individual support.

02

Group Programs

Online and hybrid experiences that bring coaching, education, community, and practical tools together, so the change you're making doesn't happen in isolation. You're held by structure and by people walking a similar path, which tends to make the work easier to sustain.

For change that lasts, held by community.

03

Retreats & Immersive Experiences

In-person time away from your ordinary life, built for reconnecting with yourself fully. There's a different kind of depth available when you have days, not minutes, to actually arrive in your body and let something move.

For deep immersion and reconnection.

04

Workshops, Courses & Special Events

Shorter, more flexible ways to learn and deepen your practice, whether you're new to this work or returning to a piece of it. A good place to start, or a good place to come back to, at whatever pace feels right for you.

For learning at your own pace.

Start where you actually are.

If you're craving individual attention, start with coaching. If you want company along the way, a group program might feel right. If you need to physically step away from your life for a few days to come back to yourself, a retreat is worth considering. And if you just want to test the waters, a workshop is a gentle place to begin.

There's no wrong door. And you can always change your mind later. Most people do.

Stories from the work.

Let's find your way in.

If something here resonated, I'd love to hear from you. We can talk it through together before you commit to anything.
